GREEN BAY – The folks at GMC couldn’t have asked for a better play for their sponsorship deal with the NFL for Saturday night’s NFL Honors event in New York City than the one Aaron Rodgers and Randall Cobb provided on the final day of the 2013 regular season.

The GMC Never Say Never Moment of the Year award, which according to a league press release is bestowed upon the players involved in “the best moment or play of the year that represents determination and perseverance,” went to the Green Bay Packers duo, which connected on a fourth-down, fourth-quarter, 48-yard touchdown in the final minute of a come-from-behind 33-28 victory at Chicago to send the Packers to the NFC North title and a playoff berth.
