Strategic Vision, a San Diego-based consulting firm, released the results of its survey of America’s most-loved automobiles and seven Chrysler company vehicles made the list. The report, released on Valentine’s Day, captures a vehicle’s total emotional response from buyer-drivers, according to the firm. The Chrysler Group vehicles on the “most-loved” list were: Small Car – Dodge Dart; Full-Size Car – Dodge Charger; Specialty Coupe – Dodge Challenger; Full-Size Pickup – Ram 1500; Heavy Duty Pickup – Ram 2500/3500; Mid-Size SUV – Dodge Durango, Jeep® Grand Cherokee.
Winners, announced last week at the Chicago Auto Show, included the Dodge Dart for connectivity. In total, there were six winners in these categories: trucks, small, midsize, luxury, ultra-luxury and green vehicles.
Peggy Smedly, Connected World’s editorial director, said judges looked not just at how well the system worked, but how it kept drivers safe. “I’m really big about safety,” she said, “where consumers can focus more on the road ahead.”
